The responsibilities of the Grant Committee are as follows:
Manage annual RFF (Request for funds) which includes:
- Drafting/updating guidelines
- Setting due dates
- Coordinating meeting to review grants
- Make recommendations to board of grant allocations
- Send letters to grantees (those who won and those who didn't)
- Assist organizations with any Adam specific grant writing questions
- Request checks to be written by Treasurer
Update annual granting information on Web with new information and on Organizations that "won".
